Streets Foundation rewards local Main Street Program
East Boston Main Streets receives 2009 grant from the Boston Main
Streets Foundation.
(East Boston, MA.02-Apr-2009) East Boston Main Streets has been
awarded a grant from the Boston Main Streets Foundation to continue
its successful program. The foundation has received pledges from
large corporations to create a fund for Main Street programs around
the city. The programs will use funds to enhance economic
development by strengthening existing programs that sustain and
promote businesses in East Boston as well as continue private and
public improvements.

EBMS is a non-profit corporation. Our mission is to create a more
vibrant business district by initiating private and public
improvements, promoting commerce, and supporting efforts that
improve the quality of life for all who live, work and do business
in East Boston.
