BRA to hold meeting on Saratoga Street proposal for rental
apartments
The meeting will be held on Tuesday
August 13, 2013 at 6:30pm at the Paris Street Community Center on
112 Paris St. East Boston, MA. 02128
The proposal: The developer
intends to re-develop two parcels of land located at 41-43 Saratoga
Street in the East Boston neighborhood of Boston. The Proposed
Project will include the demolition of two existing residential
buildings and a garage and features the construction of a new four
story, 13,746 square foot residential building. The Proposed Project
will consist of 18 residential rental units, 10 off street covered
parking spaces, and a roof deck.
