Proposed Agenda
1. Updates/Misc:

* CCAG's going to "Creating Greener Communities" Conference - July 11th
* Chelsea Creek Visioning
- Last public meeting was held June 19th.
- Update on TerraSphere meeting with Boston
Harbor Assn.
- Report to be produced by fall; we will figure out forum to discuss next steps.

2. Connecting the Chelsea Creek to the East Boston Greenway
* The Trust for Public Land received a grant to look how we can connect these two resources. Discussion of how this planning process would work.

3. Condor Street Urban Wild: * Update construction schedule and public art (next art meeting in August) 
* Presentation regarding pier design options

4. Chelsea River Water Quality Testing -
Mystic River Watershed Association * Why, How, and When (if funded)

5. DPW Yard
* Update re: condition
* What should be EB-CCAG's next move to advocate for improvements?

Meet every second Wednesday of the month. Please note, it is likely we will change some of these dates to accommodate the Chelsea Creek Visioning Process.

By Car:
>From Boston: Take the Callahan Tunnel. Stay in the right hand lane, and take the first exit, marked "Local Traffic". Make the first possible right (onto Paris Street). Follow Paris until the first Stop sign. Take a right onto Gove Street. Follow Gove until Meridian Street, make a right. Continue on Meridian Street though Central Square (Central Square has a large park/rotary in the middle). At set of lights, make a left onto Saratoga Street (it's the first light - Saratoga Street is probably not clearly marked). Take a right onto Border Street (the Liberty Shopping Plaza and Shaws will be directly in front of you). The Harborside is down a few blocks on Border Street. Take the first driveway into the parking lot. The entrance to the center is on the right hand side, approximately half-way down the building, once you enter the parking lot.

>From North of Sumner Tunnel: Coming to East Boston from Route 1A South: Make a right into East Boston just before the SumnerTunnel. This is Porter Street. Go one block to Central Square. Make a right onto Meridian (not a sharp right). Continue on Meridian Street though Central Square. At set of lights, make a left onto Saratoga Street (the street name is probably not clearly marked). Take a right onto Border Street (the Liberty Shopping Plaza will be directly in front of you). The Harborside is down a few blocks on Border Street. Take the first driveway into the parking lot. The entrance to the center is on the right hand side, approximately half-way down the building, once you enter the parking lot.

>From Chelsea: Take the Meridian Street Bridge. As soon as you cross the bridge into East Boston, make a right at the light. Follow this street around to the left. The Harborside is up the street (Border Street) a couple of blocks on the right. Make a left into the second driveway into the parking lot (it's after the trees in the round tree pits). The entrance to the center is on the right hand side, approximately half-way down the building, once you enter the parking lot.


By MBTA: Take the blue line to Maverick Square. At Maverick, either take the # 112, 116, or 117 bus up Meridian Street. Get off at Meridian and Lexington Street. Cross the street, walk down Lexington Street until Border. The Harborside will be towards the right. The entrance to the center is on the right hand side, approximately half-way down the building, once you enter the parking lot.
