WHAT: ONEin3 Boston. Mayor Thomas M. Menino’s City Initiative to
help Bostonians between the ages of 20 and 34 to find and create
jobs, make neighborhood connections, and invest in Boston’s civic
life, will host their East Boston Neighborhood Night on Thursday,
Oct. 22 at 303 Café, 303 Sumner Street, at 7 p.m. The evening will
provide a relaxed, casual atmosphere of food, drink, and prizes for
young Boston residents, a demographic with an increasing need for
social and professional networking opportunities.
ONEin3 Boston has recently implemented several successful
Neighborhood Nights in other Boston areas, including Dorchester, the
North End, the South End, and the Back Bay. The organization aims to
connect its target demographic—young, vibrant, and active Boston
residents—with each other, with local businesses, with civic
engagement, and with city resources. This is another exciting
opportunity for locals to meet, greet, and make friends and
professional contacts with other young Boston residents.
WHEN: Thursday, Oct. 22
WHERE: 303 Café, 303 Sumner Street
WHO: This event is free and open to the public. Young residents from
East Boston and other Boston neighborhoods are strongly encouraged
to attend. Media is cordially invited for party pictures and event
coverage.
HOW: RSVPs are requested. Please RSVP to eastbostononein3@gmail.com
to be added to the ONEin3 guest list.
