Join the East Boston Branch of the Public Library next
Thursday, November 20th at 6:30 p.m. when Michael Philip Manheim shares his
experiences as a photographer commissioned by the EPA to document the state of
the environment. Manheim's chosen subject: Logan Airport and its impact on the
neighborhood of East Boston. Manheim has recently published a book, Last House
Standing, which gives a glimpse into the past of East Boston during those
turbulent times. Mr. Manheim will also be signing copies of his book at 6 p.m.
