Republican Committee endorses Winslow
The East Boston Republican Committee met on
April 14, 2013 and voted to endorse Dan Winslow in the Republican
primary election for the United States Senate. The committee
endorses Dan Winslow because it feels he best represents the ideals
of the Republican Party and would represent the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts most effectively in the United States Senate. The
Committee members favor his positions on the national debt, jobs,
the economy and taxes as well as recognize his many years of
experience in government.
The primary election is scheduled for Tuesday, April 30, 2013. The
general election to fill the open Senate seat is scheduled for
Tuesday, June 25, 2013. The Senate term to be filled in the upcoming
June 25th election lasts through 2014. Citizens will vote again to
fill this Senate seat in November 2014.
